Oonagh runs baby classes which help a new mum to embrace the 4th Trimester. As a mum of 3 & a midwife oonagh is well aware with all the challenges that come with being a new parent and she is passionate about supporting new families in that transition period where parents & caregivers can come to meet other parents who may well become friends for life. There is no judgement in these classes. We do ask however that the Birth mother attends the Newborn massage class as this is about embracing all of the emotions that go with becoming a mum.
