Hi, I’m Oonagh — a nurse since 2006, a midwife since 2010, and mum to three girls. Alongside my professional experience, I bring real-life understanding to the families I support through pregnancy and early parenthood.

I’ve been teaching antenatal classes in the Newry area since 2014, training initially as a Perinatal Educator with The Daisy Foundation before expanding into Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Sensory classes. In 2017, I was honoured to receive Antenatal Teacher of the Year at the MAMA Awards in Scotland.

I later qualified as a Reflexologist in 2018 and as a Lactation Consultant in 2020, the gold standard in breastfeeding support.

I offer holistic antenatal classes and workshops in Newry, Dundalk and Rostrevor, along with one-to-one and postnatal support in your own home. It’s a privilege to be part of such a special journey.
